The plan to build an inverted skyscraper

In an attempt to sidestep height restrictions on buildings, Mexico City architecture firm Bunker Arquitectura came up with the plan to build the inverted ‘Earthscraper’.

While the plan admittedly seems ridiculous, it’s actually a brilliant concept. The problem is it hasn’t been tested, but neither was the first skyscraper when it was built.
